Most insurance plans are required to cover lactation services under the Affordable Care Act, though coverage varies by plan and provider. If you are not covered through TLN, I accept out-of-pocket payment and will provide a detailed superbill you can submit to your insurance, HSA, or FSA for possible reimbursement. I recommend contacting your insurance provider before scheduling to confirm your benefits.
Available for in home visits in the South Bay including Redondo Beach, El Segundo, Hermosa Beach, Manhattan Beach, Lomita, Torrance and Palos Verdes. If you are out of the area a small travel fee may apply, please inquire. Available virtually all over the world!
In-Home Consultations
In-Home Initial Consultation — 75–90 minutes | $265 Our first visit together is unhurried and thorough. We'll review your birth story and health history, assess feeding at breast or bottle, check milk transfer with a weighted feed when needed, and evaluate latch, positioning, and infant oral structure. You'll leave with a personalized care plan and follow-up support to keep you on track.
In-Home Follow-Up — 60 minutes | $185 Already had your initial visit? This appointment is a chance to check in on progress, troubleshoot anything new, and adjust your care plan as your baby grows. Includes a feeding assessment, weighted feed when indicated, and continued support after your visit.
Twins Initial Consultation — 90 minutes | $325 Feeding two is its own beautiful challenge, and this visit gives you the extra time and attention you deserve. We'll assess each baby individually, work through positioning and latch for both, and build a care plan that's actually doable for your family.
Twins Follow-Up — 75 minutes | $250 A dedicated check-in for families feeding multiples. We'll assess both babies, review what's working, address any new concerns, and keep your plan evolving with you.
Prenatal In-Home — 60 minutes | $175 The best time to prepare is before baby arrives. We'll cover what to expect in the early days, positioning and latch basics, colostrum harvesting, and any specific concerns or past experiences you want to work through. Partners and support people are warmly encouraged to join.
Virtual Consultations
Virtual Initial — 60 minutes | $150 Expert lactation support from the comfort of your own home via secure video. We'll review your history, assess feeding visually, and build a personalized care plan together, a great option for families who prefer flexibility or need to stay home.
Virtual Follow-Up — 45–60 minutes | $130 A virtual check-in for existing clients. Ideal for progress updates, quick troubleshooting, or when you need guidance and reassurance without a full in-home visit.
Twins Virtual — 75 minutes | $175 Virtual support built for multiples, with extra time to give both babies the attention they need. We'll assess feeding for each baby and refine your plan to fit the unique rhythm of feeding two.
Prenatal Virtual — 60 minutes | $150 Prepare for breastfeeding before your little one arrives, all from your most comfortable seat. We'll cover newborn feeding basics, colostrum harvesting, equipment, and any questions or past experiences on your mind. Partners are warmly welcome.
