I’m Erica Glinsky, MS, ASW, IBCLC, a lactation consultant and associate clinical social worker and a mother of four. I know firsthand how beautiful and overwhelming the early days of parenthood can be. Through Mindful Feeds, I offer compassionate, evidence-based support to help you feed your baby with confidence, calm, and connection, in whatever way works best for your family.

After earning my master’s degree in social work from Columbia University, I trained through UC San Diego’s Pathway 2 Program to become an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant. My past experience includes both hospital-based lactation education and also community advocacy through BreastfeedLA, where I worked to improve access to breastfeeding support for families across Los Angeles.

At Mindful Feeds, I take a whole-person approach to feeding and address not just latch and supply, but the emotional and relational aspects of nurturing a new baby. My goal is to create a calm, supportive space where parents feel seen, heard, and empowered to make informed choices that work for their family.

Whether you’re expecting your first baby or seeking guidance with feeding challenges, I offer compassionate, evidence-based care to help you and your baby (or babies) thrive.

I'd love to connect with you!
