I'm Erica Glinsky, an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) with a background in social work. Through Mindful Feeds, I offer compassionate, evidence-based support to help you feed your baby with confidence, calm, and connection, in whatever way works best for your family.

About Erica

As a mother of four (including twins), I know firsthand how beautiful, and overwhelming parenthood can be. As an IBCLC, I offer specialized lactation support to families in the South Bay. My approach is rooted in both science and heart; I hold a Master's in Social Work from Columbia University and completed my advanced lactation residency through the UC San Diego Pathway 2 Program.

My experience includes hospital-based lactation education at Providence Tarzana Medical Center, as well as community advocacy with BreastfeedLA, where I worked to expand equitable access to breastfeeding support across Los Angeles.

At Mindful Feeds, I take a whole-person approach to feeding, supporting not just latch and supply, but the emotional and relational side of caring for a new baby. I believe that how we feed our babies is deeply connected to how we feel as parents. As an IBCLC and MSW, I offer a ‘whole-parent’ approach, creating a calm, supportive space where you feel seen, heard, and empowered to make the choices that are right for your family.

Whether you’re preparing for your first baby, navigating feeding challenges, or getting ready to return to work, I offer compassionate, evidence-based support to help you and your baby (or babies) thrive.
