As a mother of four, I know firsthand how beautiful, and overwhelming, the early days of parenthood can be.
I'm Erica Glinsky, MS, ASW, IBCLC, a lactation consultant and associate clinical social worker serving families in Redondo Beach and the South Bay. Through Mindful Feeds I offer compassionate, evidence-based support to help you feed your baby with confidence, calm, and connection, in whatever way works best for your family.
After earning my Master’s degree in Social Work from Columbia University, I completed advanced lactation training through the University of California San Diego’s Pathway 2 Program and became an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant. My experience includes hospital-based lactation education at Providence Tarzana Medical Center, as well as community advocacy with BreastfeedLA, where I worked to expand equitable access to breastfeeding support across Los Angeles.
At Mindful Feeds, I take a whole-person approach to feeding and address not just latch and supply, but the emotional and relational aspects of nurturing a new baby. My goal is to create a calm, supportive space where parents feel seen, heard, and empowered to make informed choices that work for their family.
Whether you’re expecting your first baby or seeking guidance with feeding challenges, I offer compassionate, evidence-based care to help you and your baby (or babies) thrive.
